Sambhar is a South Indian stew made with lentils, mixed vegetable, tamarind, herbs and spices and a special spice masala known as Sambhar Masala. Sambhar can be had with rice as a South Indian does it almost everyday, or with Idlis, Vada, Dosa etc.
Boil Toovar Dal with piece of drumsticks, brinjal, pumpkin and onions. Add 2 tablespoon of thick tamarind juice, chilli powder, salt & add tablespoon of HONEST SAMBHAR MASALA. Finish with chilli, fenugreek, mustard, curry leaves tadka.
