Vada pav is a savory dinner roll stuffed with fried mashed and spiced potato fritters. It is generally accompanied with one or more chutneys and a green chili. This dish is full of flavors and various textures!
Melt 20 gm butter in a pan, add 1 tbs of HONEST VADAPAV MASALA, place 2 sliced pavs and let toast for 30 seconds. Place the fried Vada in the middle. Serve with fried chilis, cilantro chutney and sweet chutney.
